Fall work outs are beginning

See a softball coach if you are interested in getting involved in winter workouts.  A schedule has been distributed to all interested players.  If you want to get involved, but don't have a schedule, contact a coach.....immediately.
 

Remember:  Theses workouts are not mandatory.....this time is for you to get stronger mentally and physically.
